Curtis J. Sall | Certified Graduate Builder: Curt Sall is a Builder/Developer and owner of Hearthstone Development Inc. In May of 1998, he became the first builder in the Holland Area Home Builders Association to receive the Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) designation. To earn a CGB certificate, a builder must complete courses covering several aspects of the home building industry: business management, financial strategies, marketing techniques, and construction technologies.
To maintain the designation, a graduate must take a minimum of one additional CGB course, or approved state or local seminars, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) national seminars, or college courses related to the building industry each year.
Every year Curt and his building staff attend the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). This allows for innovative ideas and products to be exhibited in the future homes. The proof is in the many awards they've received for Excellence.
