Allowances

Each new condominium at Woodbridge has been assigned it's own "base price". This price has been determined by the developer based on several factors. Here are just a few examples. Is the unit an end unit or center unit? Does it face the park, woods, and bridge, or face away from it? What is its location desirability? This "base price," then reflects a unit that is completely finished on the outside, each with it's unique Veneklasen brick style front, and a 10' x 14' wood deck off the back.
This price also includes "allowances" to completely finish the main level of the unit. This way you, the buyer, can make your own interior selections, using those allowances to finish your home exactly the way you like it. (As we are custom builders, if the unit has not been constructed yet, you can even determine your own custom floor plan.) We understand of course, that some of us have more expensive taste than others.
If your taste goes beyond the allowance amount provided in the base price, the price of your condo simply goes up by the amount of the difference between the allowance amount and the price of what you choose. Also, you can choose additional upgrades; adding features like a porch, a fireplace, a finished lower level, a bay window, or any number of other features you might like to include.
Information showing the specific pricing and availability of each of the units is available by contacting the us directly. A list of the standard upgrade options and their corresponding price can also be obtained.
Below you will find a list of the interior allowances mentioned above, as well as some of the other features and services that are standard to each of the units:
