Floor Plans
Since this is going to be your home, we will build it the way you want it. That means, not only do you get to choose your own preferred styles and colors of cabinets, flooring, finishes, etc., but you can also customize your own floor plan as well. If you choose to purchase one of the units we have not started yet, we can even alter the size and shape of the foundation to allow for a slightly different square footage requirement to match your desired layout.
The following are a few basic floor plans of some of the units we have used over the years. These may help you get ideas for a layout you think might work for you. You may find the perfect layout already drawn. You may find one that is close, but needs a few minor changes to be the perfect one for you. Or, if you would prefer, you can get your own pencil and paper out and sketch something totally different that better fits your needs and style.
